46cm resolution, 8 multispectral bands, multiple acquisition capabilities

In operation since 2009, Worldview-2 is one of the most versatile sub-metric satellites on the market today with a very high image acquisition capacity on the same orbit. Equipped with three maneuvering axes, the satellite allows for very flexible imaging in mono or stereo mode. Worldview-2 is the first satellite offering Coastal Blue, Red-Edge and Yellow channels. This opens up new possibilities in oceanography and agriculture. It is an ideal tool for many applications requiring a high accuracy of localization and a high fineness of image reading, in many fields, such as resources, technical studies, land management, agriculture and defense.
